Mary J. Blige Confronts Heckler During Las Vegas Residency

During her Las Vegas residency performance at Dolby Live at Park MGM on October 28, 2026, Mary J. Blige paused her show to confront an audience member who was booing. The incident occurred approximately halfway through her two-hour set. Blige addressed the heckler directly from the stage, expressing her displeasure with the disruption. She then apologized to the rest of the audience before resuming her performance. About 20 minutes later, Blige welcomed special guest Wyclef Jean onstage, and they performed his hit "911" together. Blige's residency, titled "Mary J. Blige: My Life, My Story," began in May 2026 and is scheduled to continue through February 2027. The residency features a selection of Blige's most popular songs from her extensive career. Tickets for the residency are available through MGM Resorts.
